We are forming a group to help develop four self-guided walks from Bolton Station’s iconic clock tower. The walks will extend to Preston, Wigan, Blackburn and Manchester, with the opportunity to hop on and off a train at all the stations along the routes.
Lancashire Day
We are planning a ‘Lancashire Day Special’ on Lancashire Day – Wednesday November 27th. We will be inviting guests to join us for a journey from Manchester to Preston, then back to Bolton. If your organisation would like to get an invitation, please contact us.
Platform Gallery
Our amazing art gallery on Platform 5 opened in July and has already held three exhibitions. During October local artist Phil Porter will have a residence at the station and other exhibitions are booked into next year. More details soon!
